Returns

• Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

• Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

• How to Return: Simply contact us at info@cloudzfootwear.co.uk with your order number, and we’ll guide you through the return process.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and quality-checked, you will be notified of approval.

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, we recommend returning your item for a refund and placing a new order.
